Camera (tilt) stabilisation output
2 Replies

I'm sure I've heard somewhere that Atto has an output to stabilise an AP platform. Any advice? I've tried connecting a servo to "tilt" but nothing happens.

Hi, I'm setting up a 1.8 RTL. Looking at the set file there are many good explanations of what the value is about, but sometimes there isn't!  I thought it might be good to use this thread to answer…Continue

"Yep, with two 2200 MAH batteries, AXI 2820, Lumix LX3 Camera and a Sony Bloggie, it's coming in at a little under 2kg. 7kg pull from a 30m line. Pull is transferred through the wings to the holders finger so there is no stress on the wings…"

Thanks for getting back to me...I downloaded it but I think it is in fact the demo. Its asking for a license.

The version is 2/18/10

I sent my licence request to them but I haven't heard anything back from them yet.
Any thoughts?

Sorry, JD, nothing positive to offer. They are not a full time business so will prob answer out of hours. It's a shame cos when I used it it was free. Please keep me updated about your progress.

I'm disappointed... I'm final stages of a graduate research project and Lentsika could have improved the accuracy and reliability of my research.

I was by chance that even saw info mentioning Lentsika. I've had to stop Google'n my research topic because I would spend all my time updating my references and techniques as new information became available.

I'm in the final stages of getting my atto 1.8 installed and have a couple way of generating flight strips, but its a detailed, tedious process which can easily introduce errors.

So I've started narrowing my focus and time to just a couple sites... the one obviously and DIYdrones.

Thanks for the info Nigel...

HI JD,

Can you send me your email address. I'll get a copy of the original Lenstika zip - it's 8mb to you. That should unpack and work from the start.

Hi Nigel,
I was wondering if the .zip file had gone thru. My email has been a bit wonky as of late.
I have a couple ideas on how to translate the output file to work with the atto and would like your thoughts?

Thanks
Jason

Hi Nigel,

Thanks for getting back to me... I just downloaded and installed the app, I get the same notice... of the demo lic when I click to save the fly file. Are you getting the same thing or am I just confused?

HI JD,

Dam. Sorry for that. I can't check it out.... because I've changed computers and from PC to MAC I can't go back to check it out. It must be that the software is going back to the Lentsika website and asking what the updated state of play is. Really sorry about that, because it sounds like it would make your life easier.

Cheers
