"Dean told me that ARC is full stabilized mode. Aircraft will maintain attitude, altitude, and airspeed. You can alter these with RC stick commands. You are flying the stabilized platform - not the aircraft. LARC is simi full stabilized mode.…"

"The wings easier to land in the wind!!! Just carry a bit of speed. Come out of assisted when you long finals. Glad to hear your getting out in some wind. I had a 66kmh headwind today, it did'nt really work with my Manta just crawling along."

Does anyone here use landing assist mode? If so how does it work? Does it just stabilize the roll axis? I think it could be pretty helpful when trying to land my new wing in windy conditions. In fact I was flying at the coast yesterday in 30 kmh winds aloft and in auto mode the plane looked great. As soon as I switched to manual for a landing things got chaotic quick!
