Smarter Cheaper Faster

Atto Airframes

Many people have designed model aircraft especially for the Attopilot RC autopilot. I would like to try and arrange them in alphabetical order and display them here. The autopilot will happily control standard RC model aircraft autonomously making even a cheap park flyer into your own UAV. But carrying larger payloads for aerial photography and image based applications requires juggling of battery, power weight and wing loading. It will be interesting to see peoples solutions. Each builder should have blog entries that tell us all about it here as well of course ;-)

Carbon composite Osprey UAV. 2 meter wingspan with electric pusher motor. Airframe weighs under 3 pounds ready to fly less battery.

Just adding a new complete page for the Boomerang Chris and will do the same for Manta EPP if anybody else has a UAV airframe that they are selling let me know and I will add. 2010 the year of sUAS ;-) Is that wing tip clipped on the red one for a reason??

Ummmmm you fly that the other way up, ie the wingtips protrude underneath more than up, what an obvious way to avoid prop strikes and protect cameras if thats the case. I have really missed a trick with our designs!
