I'm already liking it, aviation knowledge requirements!
Hi Gary,

This is really interesting,... where did it come from ?
This is an Easter Egg.
The board consists of hobby-grade manufacturer (FMA leader) as well as Insitu and AeroVironment?
Plus dept of Justice? What a random group.
How about Osama? He has some serious experience in urban navigation planning
and a pack of true incidents, everybody can learn from.
Mwahahahaha!

All sensible but a bit restrictive w.r.t. maintaining visual contact...
Unless sense and avoid is sorted nowhere in the world is going to allow flight outside of VLOS.

So its flights of less than 30 minutes below 400' and 2lbs AUW then. To avoid all the rules if I have read it right?? That would be a class I MAV,

Other than that its off to find a ticket to test. I see a rush of fixed wing instructors that are doing very little at the moment to their local FAA offices to get qualified.

It came from the AUSVI site Ios just happened to come across it.
Just added the FAA approval guidance.
I saw VLOS defined as 1NM

So here it in terms that some of us will understand.

Only person who can see anything out at a mile was the guy from Insitu. Here is my take on the debacle...
